Introduction & project brief
We discuss your requirements, intended use, appearance, timing and budget. Photos, drawings and approximate dimensions help us make an initial assessment.

Site survey & measurements
Where required, we visit the site to measure and assess frames, substrates, access, installation method, safety and logistics.

Technical advice & material selection
We advise on glass type, thickness, safety, hardware, profiles, finishing and practical alternatives. Construction, renovation and painting requirements are coordinated with selected partners.

Clear calculation & quotation
You receive a clear description of the scope, assumptions and price. Larger projects can be divided into phases or work packages for transparency and control.

Planning & preparation
After approval, we schedule labour, materials, transport and any specialist partners. Custom glass is ordered only after dimensions and technical specifications have been checked.

Execution & coordination
Aerts carries out the specialist glasswork. Where other trades are required, we coordinate the interfaces so that each stage follows logically and efficiently.

Quality control
During execution we monitor dimensions, installation, sealing, operation, safety and finish. Any issue is identified and discussed as early as possible.

Handover & aftercare
We review the completed work, discuss any points requiring attention and remain available for questions, service and follow-up work.
